Batch download of patient timeline data

Hi cBioPortal team,

Thank you for all the great work you’ve been doing!

Quick question: is patient timeline data (e.g., treatments/clinical events) available for batch download? Specifically, is there a way to pull timeline data for multiple patients at once via the interface, rather than downloading it individually from each patient’s timeline view?

If the UI doesn’t support this, is there an API endpoint (or cbioportalR workflow) you’d recommend for retrieving timeline/treatment events in bulk?

Try this endpoint, documented in Swagger.  I believe it allows download of all data at study level.
