Greetings,
I am a cBioportal user and suppose I query multiple genes and if I have to sort those multiple genes in oncoprint based on the frequency of alteration (percentage present next to the gene symbol) what should I do? I also got to know that if we drag and drop we can change the order of the genes. But is there any other way less manual to sort the genes based on their frequencies? Kindly help me with the same.

Thanks and Regards,
Tulasi S

Hi Tulasi,

There is currently no other way to sort the genes based on frequency. The only way to do that is by manually moving the order of each gene in Oncoprint. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,
Priti
