Hi there, 

I want to see if any additional cases were not available in the TCGA pan canceratlas dataset. Can I compare all the cases in the four TC datasets relative to TCGA pan canceratlas?

Hi,

It is possible to create a combined study of all the datasets that you are interested. After that you can group selected patients into a separate group using any one of the filters available in the charts. This set of selected patients can be assigned a group. Similarly you can select all patients who are not part of the first group and make them part of the second group.

Now there are two groups, which help in comparing the different datasets.
