Upcoming cBioPortal instructional demonstration on Feb 23

We are excited to announce an upcoming live instructional demo of cBioPortal open to anyone in the Boston area. The demo will cover the basic analysis & visualization features of cBioPortal as well as several advanced analysis features, including:

• Study view & patient view
• Running & modifying queries
• Resources integrated into cBioPortal
• mRNA/protein expression and DNA methylation data
• Identifying and querying a user-defined subset of samples
• Onco Query Language
• Resources to get additional help
