Hello,

I'm interested in following up on some of the results from Ooi et al. 2025, "Longer scans boost prediction and cut costs in brain-wide association studies". I see that there is a table of the "predictive accuracies" for the HCP available here: https://github.com/ThomasYeoLab/CBIG/blob/master/stable_projects/predict_phenotypes/Ooi2024_ME/results/CBIG_ME_HCP_PredAcc.xlsx. But it looks like that table has the COD results, rather than the correlations; the max value in the table is 0.21 vs the max shown in Figure 2b, which is >0.5. Are the correlations available?

Thanks,
Patrick Sadil

Hi Patrick,

Under the tabs of the excel sheet, you should refer to HCP score 59 in the excel sheet for the cognitive factor score you are referring to in Figure 2.
Sorry for the confusion, we will update the score names in our next update to the github repository.

Hope this helps.
