Through our SPARK EDUCATIONAL TRUST we offer vocational courses and life sustaining trainings to orphan and children.
So if any of you come across anyone who doesn't have any support or financial aid but has the thirst to come up in life, and if you feel to help them you can contact our SPARK through the contacts given below.
The following are details of the courses which are offered through institutes we are associated with. During the course period we provide accomodation and also help them to get them part time jobs.

Activities from Spark
The objective of spark is not to open an orphanage. Not to open a school either. There are enough schools and orphanages. But, there is a lack in the higher education of the children from these orphanages. So, we the sparktans act as a bridge between the orphanages and vocational training institutes.

In Coimbatore
- CNC machine operator cum programmer (1 year)
- Precision machinist (1 year)
- Advanced welding technician (1 year)
- Lathe operator (1 year)
- Milling machine operator (1 year)
- Diploma in physiotherapy (1 year)
- Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (1 year)
Eligibility: 10th, 12th pass. Age group 18 – 25.
Food and accommodation will be provided during the course. We have selected these courses mainly because immediately after the education the student can support himself.
In Chennai
- Teacher training (2 years)
Eligibility: Only physically challenged. 12th pass.
In Bangalore

1.Guest care
Guest Care - (Hotel / Office) Guest Care in Hotels or Office is all about housekeeping including orderliness, cleanliness, taking care of guests (supplying water, coffee, etc)
Eligibility Age: 18 to 35 years
Education: No minimum requirement
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Typical placements are in coffee shops (café coffee day, au bon pain, KFC, Tocabell), Retail Malls and 4/5 star hotels in their customer care / housekeeping departments. Starting salaries range between Rs4500 to 6000. Some of them earning up to Rs 15,000 in 3-4 years’ time. Benefits such as PF, gratuity, and ESI are included. A few companies offer free accommodation along with food.
2.Industrial tailoring
Industrial tailoring vocation is about to pattern stitching and machine control in the field of industrial tailoring. Training is provided by experienced master from the field with comprehensive theory and more of practical sessions.
Eligibility for Admissions Age: 18-35
Qualification: N/A
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Placements are provided in garment industries. In this type of job involves pattern stitching and progress to supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, joint manager, Manager etc. Starting Salaries range between Rs 4000 and Rs 4500. Some of them earning up to Rs 20,000 in 3-4 years’ time.
3.Industrial painting
Industrial Painting involves painting process in the Paint industry. Students will learn about how paints are prepared & mixed, pigments, solutions and various chemicals that are used in the preparation of paints The sessions include more of practical and less of theory training by professionals from painting/chemical industry
Eligibility Age: 18 to 25 years
Education: 5th standard pass Should not be allergic to chemicals
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Placements are provided in Paint industries such as Akzonobel, Asian paints etc. Job involves working with chemicals /paints. Starting Salaries range between Rs 4500 to 6000 Benefits such as PF, gratuity, and ESI are included. A few companies offer free accommodation along with food.
4.Security Services
This course enables a student to take up a job as a Security Personnel / Watch Guard. Training is conducted by professional from Police and Defense Services.
Eligibility Age: 18 to 25 years
Education: Diploma / 10th standard pass
English knowledge: Desirable
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Placements options include jobs in Office, Software Centers, hotels, etc. Starting salaries range between Rs 4500 to 6000. Benefits such as PF, gratuity, and ESI are included. A few companies offer free accommodation along with food. Free Uniform is provided. Welfare fund assistance is provided by a few companies to support education of the employee's children.
5.Retail sales
Retail training includes Counter sales, Field Sales, and customer care operations for the entry level jobs. Training is provided by marketing professionals from the field with interactive sessions including demos and role play.
Eligibility Age: 18 to 25 years
Education: Diploma / 10th standard pass
English knowledge: Desirable
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Placements are provided in malls such as Big Bazaar, Brand Factory, Garuda Mall, Forum Mall and so on. Companies such as Café Coffee Day, Aubonpain, Mast-Kalandar, etc also hire Students. The positions usually start as Sales Assistant, Team Member taking care of arranging products, assisting customers, billing and loading. Progress to supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, joint manager, Manager and so on. Starting Salaries range between Rs 4500 to 7000. Benefits such as PF, gratuity, and ESI are included. A few companies offer free accommodation along with food.
6.Data Entry
BPO training encompasses data entry, domestic voice, and back office operations for the entry level jobs. Training is provided by professionals from the field with comprehensive theory and practical sessions.
Eligibility Age: 18 to 25 years
Education: Graduate / Diploma / 12th standard pass
English knowledge: Desirable
Placement, and Career growth opportunities
Placements are provided with different BPO companies. The positions typically deal with Customer Care/ Support (domestic call centre) and Data Entry services and progresses to being a team leader, assistant manager, deputy manager, and Manager. Starting Salaries range between Rs 5500 and Rs 8000. Some of them earning up to Rs 25,000 in 3-4 years’ time.
