Hey Neighbor, I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night for our 6th Annual Hanging in the Hut event. Free dairy dinner (and dessert) under the stars, Superlative winners announced, volunteers recognized, all while doing a mitzvahs of Sukkot. Remember we’ll be outside, so layers are recommended. It’s a great event to bring a friend! We’ll be kicking off our annual Holiday Toy Drive at the event as well. Please bring new unwrapped toys for ages 0-17. Along with our Meet & Greet, Comedy Sportz Fundraiser (Get your ticket Now!) and going to The Chosen, we’ve added a trip to the Silicon Valley Film Festival and a Potluck Shabbat to our October activities. Check out our event calendar on our blog for more upcoming events. It’s not to early to sign-up to participate in Jews’ Next Dor Shabbat, we need people to do everything from open the ark, the prayer for our country in English and chant Torah. If you’d like to learn something new, your peers are willing to teach you. Details on our event calendar (Scroll to February events). |
