foot Processing and Distribution Annex on a leased site in
Evansville, Indiana. The issue date for the above project is July
10, 1996, and the return date is August 15, 1996. The performance
time is 210 days from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed
and part of the work must be completed 60 days earlier. The
estimated cost range for the entire project is between $3,000,000

specifications for this project is $200 per set, nonrefundable. If
