chemical (non-abrasive) of granite wall surfaces, pointing and
caulking defective joints at the EMD Federal Building, 219 S.
Dearborn Street, the JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street,
and the USPO Loop Station, 211 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois.
Specifications will be available on or about June 27, 1996. All
responsible sources may submit an offer. Completion time for this
project is 246 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated
cost range is between $100,000 and $500,000. This procurement is
set aside for small business concerns in accordance with the Small
Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard
Industrialization Classification Code is 1743 with an industry
average gross revenue of $7 million for the last three years.
