contract is to retain private attorneys or law firms to provide
legal services for foreclosures with or without deficiency
judgments, judgments, bankruptcies and/or actions to recover
possession related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to
the United States of America, acting through the Rural Economic and
Community Development (RECD), United States Department of
Agriculture (USDA). Services to be provided in Franklin, Kennebec,
Penobscot, Piscataquis, Somerset, and Waldo counties. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered
