on an other than Full and Open competition in accordance with FAR
6.302-1, to provide for one each Perkin-Elmer Inductively Coupled
Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer model Optima 3000 and one each
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer model 5100 PC with 5100ZL
furnance module. FOB Destination Brooks AFB TX. Justification:
Supplies are available from one or a limited number of responsible
source(s) and no other type of supply will satisfy agency
requirements. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). No telephone
