Uganda STM - Update

Dear all,

Greetings from the Uganda STM team!

Praise the Lord that we have completed our first leg of our flights, 3 more to go in the next 3 days.  Seven of us arrived Seattle smoothly, Pastor Ho is traveling with a different itinerary alone.

Please continue to pray for our traveling and ministries in Midigo, Uganda.

Here is a brief schedule for the next few days:

7/13 Arrive Dubai - overnight layover
7/14 Arrive Entebbe, Uganda - overnight layover
7/15 Arrive Midigo - our ministry site around noon
7/15 meeting with missionaries and local pastors, cultural training and briefing, sort out supplies
7/16 Worship, local homes visit/door to door evangelism in early afternoon, hospital outreach in the evening
7/17
VBS at Yumbe Calvary School (2-300 children) + biblical parent workshop for their parents (mostly Muslims) 9a-1p
Promise Child Home visit 1-4p
Midigo School Dorm Gospel Night (150 kids) 5-6p
7/18
Leaders Fellowship 8-9a
VBS at Midigo Calvary School (700 children) 10a-4p
Men's & Women's Fellowship (separate) Buble Study 4:30-6:30p
7/19
Outreach to Bidi Bidi Refugee Camp full day with evangelistic meetings in church tents inside the refugee camp, and pass out the care packs we prepared ~1,000 kits
7/20
Men- Yumbe prison visit and bible study
Women-Promise Child home visit to widows, single moms and disabled women
7/21 Depart Midigo (~9hrs + bus ride to Entebbe)

烏干達短宣隊向大家問安！

讚美主！我們已完成了第一程的飛行航線！於未來三天，我們將乘坐餘下的三程航機。我們其中七人安全到達西雅圖，而何牧師則有分別的航程，單獨到烏干達。

請繼續為我們的行程及在米迪戈，烏干達的服事禱告。

以下是我們於未來幾天的簡略行程：

7/13 底達迪拜 - 過夜轉機

7/14 底達恩德培，烏干達 - 過夜轉機

7/15 約正午底達目的地米迪戈，烏干達

7/15 與宣教士及當地牧者見面，接受文化訓練及簡報，以及分配物資。

7/16 下午敬拜、探訪及敲門傳福音。晚上到醫院進行外展工作。

7/17 9a-1p 在 Yumbe Calvary 學校辦暑期聖經班(約有二、三百名兒童)及家長(大部份是穆斯林信徒)聖經助談會

     1-4p 應許兒童(Promise Child)家庭探訪 

     5-6p 米迪戈學校宿舍福音之夜 (150 名兒童) 

7/18 8-9a 領袖團契
    10a-4p Midigo Calvary 學校辦暑期聖經班 (700 名兒童) 
    4:30-6:30p 弟兄團契及姊妹團契查經

7/19 全日於 Bidi Bidi 難民營的外展工作，包括於難民營內的教會帳篷中的福音聚會，及派發預先準備好那一千份衛生用品

7/20 弟兄－Yumbe 監獄探訪及查經

         姊妹 － 應許兒童家庭探訪，是次探訪對象為寡婦、單身媽媽及殘疾婦女

7/21 離開米迪戈 (大約多於 9小時的公車車程到 Entebbe)
