Dear All,

Praise the Lord!  We finally made it to our ministry site Midigo around noon on Saturday.  When we landed in the red rock field, we are so excited - we made it!!

It is for sure a long journey but God provides for our every need.

We settled in our "huts" and immediately sort out our ministry supplies and all exclaimed how light our suitcases finally are!!  It weights nothing at all.  Now that the supplies are all at one place, we were amazing how much we have brought with us, but compare to the needs here, it is still "a drop in a bucket".

We will start breakfast at 7:30 and attend church worship at 8:15 in the morning, and right after worship we will have a brief home visit.

After lunch, women will go to promise child home to visit the mom's (widows, single moms & handicapped), we are to bring church to them as they are unable to go to church.  So we will sing praises, share God's Word and pray with them.  Men will go to Yumbe prison for visitation with testimony sharing and bible study.

Yes, there is a ministry switch at the spot so we will follow God and do whatever God directs us!!

Please pray for our ministry her and our team member, because of the long journey, some are exhausted and not feeling too well.  Pray for our much needed sleep and rest!  Most of us only got a 2-4 hours of sleep per night!!

But we experienced the abundance of God's love through the people we encountered and the Christian workers here, amazed by their faith and pure heart!

Off the sleep now, till next time, our prayer warriors!

-Uganda STM Team
