Thanks for your email. By the end date 31 st July  there was only  one name for the participation list for the  Boys chara.  As it was decided that there will be  no solo performances  the automatic conclusion was that the boys chara will not happen. Now that there is so less time  left for the program it is not possible to entertain new names. Adequate number of rehearsals are required to make this item successful and we don't have time for that. If anybody else wants to pick this up I am more than happy to share my thoughts that I had for this item.

I had a look at the spreadsheet of participants' names for Mahalaya dance.
I found only two names in the 3-5 age group (Anna and Sampreeti). I was expecting four names in this group and have brought costumes accordingly. Please confirm if the other two names have been withdrawn as I plan to start rehearsals soon.

Also, I am planning to start the rehearsal for Sudipta and Sharanya (9-12 age group) this Friday.
Will start the 5-8 group once Ritika returns.
And for the 3-5 group will wait for you to confirm.

The ladies' rehearsal will start once Baishakhi returns.

All costumes (children and ladies) will be handed over at rehearsal...will let participants know the cost soon.
