Yes we need to wake up!

Quick update from my end...

Spoke to Geoff. Hall is booked for the 8th Feb 2014 Saturday from 6 to 10 PM for 4 hrs.

The charges will be:-

1. Hall Booking - 40* 4= 160 pounds

2. Kitchen = 80 pounds

3. Sound and Light = 80 Pounds

Total = 320 pounds...

I have said I will cross check once with the core team and confirm back. Also we will let him know the exact configuration of the music systems / mikes closer to the event.

Pl. let me know if this is OK, I will go ahead and give him a token deposit and the get the receipt.

We have to go for the hall booking ASAP.

One update from me is that Just like last yr I have send Gavin an invitation for inauguratin, he hasn't replied yet. We have to do the same for vidhi as well.  Last year gautam or tanmay did that? Can't remember. Please Gautam, can you contact vidhi too?
As sourav suggested, can we have a meeting this weekend at my place in the evening? Please feel free to call anyone interested, as we want to expand CBC always.
