CBC Working Committee Meeting - 11th May 2013 at 6.30 PM

Hi All,

Hope you all are doing well. As decided on Sushmit's farewell, here is the formal note to all confirming the date for our CBC Working Committee Meeting which will be held on 11th May, 2013 starting at 6.30 PM (Open for alteration if needed).

The venue is undecided. Please provide individual suggestion regarding the same so that we can reach to a conclusion on the same. Please ensure your availability on the day and your active participation, as we have many things to discuss and decide on the next steps for CBC.

 

Likely Agenda: (My thoughts - open for suggestion & alteration)

1. CBC Financials - P& L discussion post Saraswat Pujo (Saurav to lead)

2. CBC Event Calendar (All to contribute)

3. Assigning individual co-ordination responsibility for each of the events as decided in Point 2. (All to decide) 

4. Immediate Event Planning

           -- Cricket Match & Stall (Game Format, Team, Practice Sessions, etc. - Subirda to lead; Stall - ??)

           -- Day trip (List of places, Event Date, Next Steps - Prantikda to lead)

5. CBC Member expansion, Visibility Improvement - Ideas (All to contribute)

6. CBC Working Committee Expansion - Thoughts (All to decide & contribute)

7. CBC Official Site improvements & Content addition - (Arun to lead, all to contribute on ideas) 

7. Any Issues to discuss ??

8. Next Steps  

9. AOB

I know I might have overstepped in listing out the agenda, it's modifiable and open for suggestion and addition/deletion. I hope everybody will attend the meeting and express their valuable thoughts. 

Note: If I have missed anybody to include in the meeting, please feel free to forward the e-mail to the respective person. Will look forward hearing from you, firstly confirmation of your availability and secondly your suggestions on the venue & agenda.

Hi All,

As there is a clash with Croydon Music Festival and many people have confirmed their unavailability, hence it has been decided to postpone the meeting date. The date that is being proposed for the meeting as of now  is 1st June, 2013. Please do confirm your availability.

If it's again a clash and non-confirmation from many members for the date as proposed, we might have to think of a Friday instead of a Saturday for the meeting. Do suggest. Will look forward fro your confirmation e-mails.
