Next Steps:
1. Individual cultural event organizers (mainly Soma, Sayantanee & Baishkahi) to inform Ishita tentatively by next Saturday on what are they planning to do and also a rough estimate on the number of participants they are looking at so that everybody's expectation is set accordingly.
2. Parents of the children participants should reach out to the individual organizers as appropriate and express their consent for allowing their children to take part in their desired area of interest.
2. Adult participants who want to perform Bengali songs on the event date should inform Ishita about their tentative plans. Based on the responses received we will see how best we can plan and organize that event.
3. The preferred mode of communication with the organizers is mail for now. The mobile numbers will be shared in some time for more effective communication.
If there are any further queries or clarifications please feel free to reach out to the organizing committee. If I have missed anybody in the communication chain please feel free to forward the e-mail to them.
Regards & Best Wishes,
