Cat Busters Animal Rescue (CBAR) is a Registered Charity (Registered Charitable No. 80519 5757 RR0001). Our network of foster homes and volunteers in Toronto rescue, rehabilitate, foster and re-home companion animals. We also Trap/Neuter or Spay/Release feral cats in maintained colonies.
