Dear Jay,
This with reference to our telecon last week regarding the expenditure on AMC of Air Conditioners of Tower 3, ground floor reception, Lift Lobby, AM Floor Lift Lobby, and 21st Floor sky street Lift Lobby. T3 society has appointed a vendor themselves for the AMC of the said Air Conditioners and the same was informed to Snowtech Global Enterprises.
We would like to bring to your notice that invoices of Snowtech Global Enterprises correctly shows the air conditioner AMC for the above mentioned areas for T1, T2, T4, T5 & T6 and have not billed T3 for the same.
Devshree workings received by us appropriates the expenditure of T1, T2, T4, T5 & T6 for the AMC of common area AC's to Tower3 also , which is incorrect.
Please exclude us from expenditures of other towers for the AMC of Air Conditioners of Ground Floor reception Lift Lobby, AM Floor Lift Lobby, and 21st Floor Sky Street Lift Lobby.
We are attaching herewith the following for your reference:
1. Snow tech invoices for the months Feb25, May25 and Aug25, wherein the above areas of tower 3 are not included.
2. CFA workings of Devshree for the months Feb25, May25 and July/Aug25, wherein the total amount of Snow tech bill is distributed amongst all towers.
3. Our working of credit to be given to us for Rs 24721.87
Kindly check the above and issue us a credit for the same in the Sep 25 CFA workings.
Please ensure all future bills of Snowtech for the AMC of T1, T2, T4, T5 & T6 for the Air Conditioners of Ground Floor reception Lift Lobby, AM Floor Lift Lobby, and 21st Floor Sky Street Lift Lobby are not debited to T3.

As per the issued work order for Common Area Maintenance, the areas mentioned of T-3 are excluded from the scope of the Common Area AC AMC for the current period. These areas include:
Accordingly, if any charges have been levied to T3 for the above-mentioned areas during the current period, a credit note will need to be issued to T3.
I hope this aligns with the understanding based on the approvals from Apex and the issued work order.
Request you to intimate in case of any deviation in our understanding.

Dear Ketan/Jay,

As informed earlier T3 society has appointed a vendor themselves for the AMC of the said Air Conditioners and the same was informed to Snowtech Global Enterprises.
We would like to bring to your notice that invoices of Snowtech Global Enterprises correctly shows the air conditioner AMC for the above mentioned areas for T1, T2, T4, T5 & T6 and have not billed T3 for the same. The same has been confirmed by you in your email dated 3-2-26 and a credit note was to be issued to T3. Till date we have not received the credit note.
We have now received Jan26 working from Devshree which includes Snowtech bill 623 dt 18-2-26 and 734 dt 11-2-26 for the AC AMC. The amount of credit note receivable now is Rs 41,203.11.
We are attaching herewith the following for your reference:
1. Snowtech invoices 623 dt 18-2-26 and 734 dated 11-2-26
2. CFA workings of Devshree for the month Jan26
3. Revised working of credit to be given to us for Rs 41,203.11 ( pre GST)
Valerian Dmonte and Akash are also aware of this matter. Since Valerian is in the process of making the budget for FY 2026-27, I have requested him to take a quote from Indepth for the same before presenting the budget.
As we have not received the credit note till date, we shall be deducting the revised amount as calculated from the Jan26 payment.
