5. so at the year end of year 6 complex will have capacity to handle 2000 EVs 

 

As per this plan Pl provide the year wise cost split into fixed infra  and variable cost ie last mile cabling/metering/ etc which will be incurred only when resident buys a new EV.

Respected Sir,

 

This is with reference to our discussion with you and committee members. We are pleased to give us our quotation which is attached as an annexure to this mail. We have given our estimation along with the following consideration.

 

1. The quantities considered are tentative with an approximation of 95%.

2. Taxes will be charged extra.

3. Total cost for Automation for meter reading and bill distribution will be very high thus we are considering the cost of manual reading and monthly online bill distribution. 

4. Energy meters considered are Electronics meters and not Smart Meters (Smart meters have limitations of network connectivity due to basement parking and network issues, RFID communication is not reliable)

5. 15 KW, 1ph chargers will require an 1ph direct current Energy meter of 100 Amps but availability of direct current Energy meter in the market is of 60 Amps. 

6. We have given an additional cost of 1ph CT energy meter (Subjected to availability of Energy meter).

7. EV charging with lower capacity of chargers (upto 10 KW) can be done with Present available Energy meters in the market.

Please find revised prices with the phase wise changes in number of EV charging stations (100-200-200-200-300). We think that with the present development of Hydrogen Vehicle phase 5 will not be required. 

We have considered a single Main cable per floor in the 1st phase along with its distribution board and metering unit.
