Dear Dinesh & Akhil,

Our Member, Mr. Gyan Harlalka, has been following up with L&T Realty for months, for repair and rectification of the leakages on the 21st Floor Skystreet which are directly impacting his flat no. 2001 in T-1. The pictures are attached. It is impacting each and every room of his flat and the passage ways also.

Your team which surveyed flat 2001, agrees that the water-proofing needs to be done but has been postponing this process for months now. The P.O. is not being issued for these leakages to be repaired.

Since the Monsoons are round the corner, may we request your urgent intervention to get this matter sorted out quickly. This matter pertains to the CB Common Areas and hence the T-1 Society has a limited role in rectifying these leakages. The Interim Apex had also approved this civil work to be completed. But there is no movement yet.

I am marking the Member on this email, so that he can be provided a timeline for this rectification. I hope you understand the hardships he and his family are facing due to these leakages. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Hi Mr. Gadkar,

There has been severe water seepage from the 21st floor SkyStreet area
into my apartment, T1-2001.

The seepage is there in every room - living room, each of the 3
bedrooms, kitchen and the passage area.

I had got the entire house freshly painted in June before my tenants
moved in and the leakage has spoiled everything.

I have been following up for the past 6 months since September, and
the repairs have not started yet.

Can you please fix the issue on an urgent basis. This has to be
completed before the rainy season starts.

I am enclosing pictures of the leakage.

This is not acceptable. The waterproofing was to be completed by May 20th, after continuous follow up with your team since September 2025.  Isn’t that sufficient time to meet internal process requirements?

Thanks Sushant! Please do not delay this any further. Once the Monsoons arrive, this work will not be possible to execute. We must also allow some time for curing. The leakages in the Monsoon period are very difficult to deal with. This flat has leakages practically in every room. Hope you empathise with this situation.
