Submission of letter regarding use of dance room

I have been using the society's dance room from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday, for the past six years. I am submitting this letter for your records and kind consideration.

Dear Kanchanji

We had a detailed call on this topic and addressed your concerns. Reiterating, we have had complaints that some groups have enjoyed the privileged use of common amenities for years at large despite others wanting to use the same. The current signed SOP also confirms pre-booking of Dance Rooms for group classes only for 1 month. It is only fair that next month, someone else who wishes to use the same slot gets a chance. Ofcourse, you are always free to block the Yoga and Meditation room in the morning via mygate like everyone else as allowed in the existing SOP.

Also please be reminded that the payment for any pre-booking for the following month needs to happen by 25th of the previous month else the clubhouse team will not block it.
