Dear Honorable Committee Members,

 

Please find attached the Cost Approval for Soil/Sewer Drain Line, Storm Water Drain Line, and Chambers Cleaning for your reference and approval.

 

We have obtained quotations from five vendors and recommend awarding the work to L1 vendor M/s. Pithadia Enterprises, as they have quoted the lowest cost compared to other vendors and have been working with L&T for the past two years.

 

The total cost for cleaning is INR 105,000/- (excluding taxes).

 

We request your kind approval to proceed.
