Hi Jau and Ketan, as well as members of L&T who are managing the Crescent Bay project,

Please provide a clear written response to this question below.

We would like to have the exact position of the payables for each tower, property tax towards the common area that is outstanding as per L&T's books. This is an important and critical step for us to have an inter se arrangement around what is the current liability position that each one is held with, given the fact that the common area is jointly owned by all six towers. It's an important question that needs to be responded to.

Please do so. Even if there are certain conversations going on, we would need to have a time-stamped response to this answer in writing.
