We have carefully reviewed the Summary sheet and seek clarification on the amounts reflected for Tower 6 (T6) to ensure accurate reconciliation.
As per Section D – “Property Tax to be Paid by Tower”, the total 50% property tax amount reflected for T6 for FY 2017–2023 is Rs. 36,77,970, comprising Rs. 22,46,841 for FY 2017–2022 and Rs. 14,31,129 for FY 2022–2023.
Further, as per your email confirmation stating that “the balance 50% for FY 2017–2023 amounted to Rs. 36,14,984” and that the same has been paid by LTR to BMC. There appears to be a difference/shortfall of Rs. 62,986 against the amount reflected in Section
D.
We also note that Section C – “Property Tax Demand 50%” separately reflects the following additional amounts for T6 and similar charges for other towers:

FY 2022–2023 (Additional T6): Rs. 62,986

FY 2023–2024 (Additional T6): Rs. 92,652

FY 2024–2025 (Additional T6): Rs. 92,652

FY 2025–2026 (Additional T6): Rs. 96,822
Request you to kindly confirm whether the above “Additional” amounts are separate pending demands applicable to T6 and other towers, and clarify the basis and nature of these amounts reflected in Section C.
This clarification will help us maintain accurate Society records and complete the reconciliation of the property tax liability for T6.
