SOPs Not Organized

Dear Padma,

The primary issue we are currently facing is that staff members are unable to locate or fetch the latest Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the CB common areas. There appears to be a systemic failure in the documentation handover process during transitions between Property Managers.

This is a recurring problem. With the previous Property Manager, I experienced a significant issue regarding the GYM SOPs, where three outdated versions were provided instead of the current one. I am now encountering a similar challenge regarding the Badminton court SOP. While Roshan has been diligent and proactive in his efforts, he is limited by the lack of organized documentation left by departing staff.

We expect a property management firm to maintain robust documentation processes that remain intact regardless of staff attrition. Frequent turnover is not a valid excuse for the absence of essential operational documents.

Padma,

Is it possible for Crescent Bay management to be done on Google Stack where we have oversight of the communication flow?

Often, we are in the blind spot of requests raised, feedback received. We are solving for this in T5 but this is something which should be solved for common areas.

We have made a Google Shared Drive but the compliance of updating it and using that as primary source of truth is a problem of training and knowledge transfer.
