Hi Srinivasan,

 

We are pleased to have you on board for our cricket tournament CBPL 3.0 as our title sponsor.

 

As discussed yesterday all the point you mentioned is what we have agreed upon.

 

The sponsorship money towards this has to be paid directly to Sourav Ghosh from Sports Reconnect i.e. 2 Lakhs + GST (As per applicable) and the invoice will be raised by them.

 

Looking forward to many more such associations in future.

Greeting of the day 

 

We are pleased to come on board as a title sponsor for the cricket event in crescent Bay .

 

The following are the points that were discussed and agreed upon

 

1. Display of car on AM floor as shown on 23rd and 24th March .. Car will be displayed from 10 am on 23rd ..set up will be done at 7 am Saturday morning ..

 

2. Service clinic on 30th 31st at 2 adjacent parking for Premium luxury cars on registration basis as per slots available on first come first basis,only for residents 

 

3. Canopy ,  registration desk with a promoter on 30th 31st March.

 

4. Prehype WhatsApp circulation for spreading awareness of car display for people in crescent bay this week.

 

5. Please note we have made special  arrangements (Audi test drive)for crescent bay residents at their doorstep on Sunday 11am to 7 pm ...

 

6.Cost agreed is Rs. 2lakhs plus Gst

 

We are adhhya creations, a  specialized empanelled exclusive  agency for Audi (jubilant) for their OOH BTL activity ..

I am sure, Our association with crescent bay and response in this event from the resident will funnel many more sponsorship for all your other events
