Dear Apex Members
Please find T5's formal view on the captioned subject of Pool Repairs + Jacuzzi Upgrade.
The note covers open questions, additional risk mitigation steps (on best effort basis) and our planned approach to tabling this at the SGM. This note has been prepared with a unanimous T5 mancom resolution based on our meeting conducted at 11.00 AM on May 30th, 2026
I hope that all office bearers across towers are on the same page in terms of facts of the project to ensure our members vote on this matter with the right facts, figures and planning which has been painstakingly done by the Apex Sub-Committee members.
Also, a word of thanks to Mr. Kamalesh Aga (T5) and Mr. Jay Jesrani (T6) for doing the heavy lifting on this massive project. However, I want to put on record that in future, if any of these risks were to pan out against us (such as warranties not being honoured), each tower should knowingly with eyes open sign off on this risk to balance on ground practicality.
