Proposal for Opening Salon Flaunte in Crescent Bay

Dear CB Apex Members,

We are writing to express our interest in operating the salon facility within our society should the Committee consider inviting proposals for its management.

My name is Sandipan Ghosh and my wife's name is Hina ghosh.We have been residents of Crescent Bay since 2018.As resident members of the society, we believe we can bring certain unique advantages that may benefit  the CB residents :

1. Closer Operational Oversight: Being residents, we are physically present within the premises and can personally monitor the day-to-day functioning of the salon, staff attendance, service quality, cleanliness, customer feedback, and adherence to society rules.
2. Greater Accountability: Unlike an external operator, we have a direct stake in maintaining the reputation and standards of our community. Our accountability extends beyond a commercial arrangement, as we are also fellow residents committed to the welfare of the society.
3. Better Responsiveness to Residents' Needs: Resident feedback, suggestions, and concerns can be addressed promptly. Service offerings, timings, and customer experience can be tailored more effectively to suit the preferences and expectations of society members.
4. Enhanced Compliance and Supervision: We can ensure strict compliance with society guidelines, safety requirements, staff verification norms, and operational standards without requiring extensive follow-up from the Committee.
5. Dedicated Management Presence: As a resident couple managing the salon, one or both of us will be available to oversee operations regularly, ensuring continuity, prompt decision-making, and consistent service quality.
6. Community-Centric Approach: Our objective would be to create a professionally managed salon that provides high-quality services while adding value, convenience, and trust for residents and their families.

We possess the commitment, availability, and management capability required to oversee the operations closely and ensure that the salon functions efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the society's expectations.Encl pls. find the format proposal for your perusal.
