We last met on 11th March 2026. It's been over three months since we reviewed the progress of Crescent Bay deliverables at your end. While some projects have concluded, many are still pending completion.
Could we request a date for the next review in Crescent Bay and try to close all the pending projects with firm timelines? We are writing to you, since Ketan seems busy and is unable to address our several queries.
Projects Pending Completion at your end:
1) Boundary wall physical demarcation and partitioning of CB Complex
2) Sealing areas of water seepage and leakage in Common Areas- from AM + Parking
3) Indoor Mini-theatre relocation next to multi-purpose turf in T-1
4) Repair of 21st Level Sky Street flooring
5) Checking and rectifying heavy vibrations at the Gate 2 entry
6) Providing official Federation name registration letter to the interim Apex
7) Reconciliation of Visitor Parking numbers against the BMC 10% norm
8) Gate 4 construction, connection to rear DP Road and Handover to Interim Apex
9) Facilitate the Public-Private agreement for the Main DP Road for Interim Apex
10) Process Note for Conveyance of CB Property/ Land Lease
11) Lantern Facade across the CB Tower
12) Terrace Deck for 5 other Tower Societies
13) Common Area Amenities being offered/ developed by LTR without Interim Apex permissions
14) Property Tax data reconciliation- penalties, reallocation basis, BMC demand notice for balance 50%
It would be great if you can communicate the date and time for this interaction at Crescent Bay. Saturday evenings are ideal for all Interim Apex Members. We would like to block our schedules accordingly.
