Dear Rajesh,

In connection with the ongoing work on the Tata Power HT Group Housing arrangement at Crescent Bay, we are finalising the basis for allocating costs across the six towers. The allocation must rest on a clear classification of each meter as either Common Area (pooled and billed per Ramesh Prabhu's framework)

I have cross-referenced the meter inventory in our project file against the meters currently pooled in the CFA May'26 Tata Power billing (14 meters). Most entries are clear, but the seven cases below need confirmation from site or billing records before we can finalise the framework.

Could you confirm or correct the following?

1. CA 900001042073 — "T-4 Electrical Meter Room"
This CA appears in the CFA May'26 pool but is not present in the meter inventory file. Recent CFA reading shows 0 kWh.
Question: Is this an active meter? If yes, what is its contracted load and what does it power? If inactive, should it be removed from the pool list?

2. LSC000118 (CA 900000914969, 261.62 kW) — "Ground Flr, Fire Fighting, Tower No 4"
Classified Tower-Specific (not in CFA pool). LSC000113 (also "T-4 Fire Fighting", 475.70 kW) is in the common pool.
Question: Both descriptions read identical. Are these two different fire-fighting circuits — one serving the complex and one serving T-4 only? Or is one a standby? Please clarify what each one actually powers.

3. LSC000126 (CA 900000956633, 475.70 kW) — "MDB Fire Fighting, Tower No 2"
Classified Tower-Specific. This is T-2's only fire-fighting meter.
Question: If T-2 has no separate complex-fire meter, what does LSC000126 actually feed — only T-2's fire fighting, or part of the complex-wide fire system?

4. LSC000119 (CA 900001070690, 50 kW) — "Tower 3 G Floor"
Classified Tower-Specific (description is vague).
Question: What does this meter actually feed? Is it tower-specific to T-3 (e.g., lobby/staircase lighting), or does it serve a shared facility that happens to be located at T-3 ground floor?

5. LSW119301 (CA 900001164576, 49 kW) — "Tower 3 Crescent Bay (Amenity Store)"
Isn't this for Rakhangi or something else?

6. LSC000132 (CA 900001036945, 63 kW) — "(Sale Office) P 5 T 6 Crescent Bay"
Classified Tower-Specific to T-6.
Question: "Sale Office" suggests this is a developer-owned/operated facility. Is the sale office still active? Who is the consumer of record — L&T Parel Project or T-6 society? Should it be inside or outside the HT lease pool?

7. LSW003839 (CA 900001064457, 10 kW) — "L 42 T S Crescent Bay (Tower 5)"
Classified Common (in CFA pool). The "Tower no." field is blank in the inventory; the address suggests the T-5 area.
Question: Please confirm this is correctly in the common pool, and clarify what it physically powers.

Once these are confirmed, we will have a clean basis to finalise the cost-allocation framework for the inter-society MOU.

Please respond in line to each item or share an excel file with these details so that there can be a clean reconciliation.

Regards,
Jaineel Aga
