Stickers and pins

Hi,
 My name is Chaun Vickery.  I use to live in Corpus and be part of the group a couple of years ago, but have moved up north.
Do to this group I have joined a women up her in the Fort Worth area that is starting her own group. 
I first want to say thanks for all of your inspiration and help we got from you for Jarrett.  You have set a high standard
for me that is hard to meet.

At the walks we use to get a small packet that had a medical alert card, sticker (Occupant with Autism may not respond to verbal commands) and a pin (person with autism)
Where did you order those from.  We are having our first walk in April and would like to pass those out.

Any help would be appreciated.
