Thank you for expressing the interest , would like to inform you that  right now we are not authorised to forward you the below documents , but  we will be able to share with you  only once your 20% payment is done and also during your post registration and stamp duty you will receive hard copy all the below documents.

 

And once you come down personally we can definitely try to share our previous project CC documents.

I would like to get the following documents before i take any decision,

1. Proposal / Letter of Intent submitted by Lodha to MMRDA.
2. Intimation of Disapproval / Intimation of Approval.
3. No-Objection-Certificates as specified in IOD/IOA.
4. Commencement Certificate.
5. Approved Plan Layouts.
6. Amendments to Approved Plan Layouts (If any).
7. 7/12 extracts (saat-bara utara)
8. NA Certificate and Clauses, de-notification of Adivasi land.
9. City Survey Plan
10. Detailed papers of the Bank, If the Land is mortgaged.
11. Date of Possession
12. Draft Agreement copy.
