Dear,

Why are we are strengthening the PCMA, what legal stand PCMA have to control civil societies?  these basic questions came to my mind..

I think very basic we need to follow is...

We are legal registered societies and these rules regulations should come from Societies or SOCIETY formed federations... this will stand valid by law

We ourselves need to value us and use the rights coming by default as society

We societies need to come together and initiate the procedure for federation.. doesn't require PCMA, no cooperation from builder can be legal thought

no need to be linked with Lodha or PCMA being it was common thread earlier.... that is past and we are Societies now

it really not required to wrap the things in good label of security and have to stop monopoly and harassment coming out to the residents

before PCMA initiated this, have they provided allotment letter for 2 wheeler? why the residents ID Or society ID are not considered? have they made any arrangements for Stickers at the site of checking or Club being their timings are office timings for others..

on what grounds they can restrict the entry...

this structure of PCMA will become null if we start taking decisions as societies and federation. our federation will have legal stand and not PCMA. so requesting all not to Support PCMA induced activities and rules... 

they are struggling to make their presence felt and keep the income flow on...

society members need to take call on this through AGM support.

Till meeting is called with CSTs 

A. Monitor all operations from old site on human grounds 

B. Continue to operate from there till a concrete plan is in place .

C. Have joint meeting with elected representatives and decide on methodology how to operate from the now shifted security cabin area .

D. Keep guards who have worked here for at least 1 year to avoid asking every resident for ID card, to avoid traffic snarls and arguments especially during morning and evening school timings and evening when traffic density is high.
