Great news...it looks like it should not be very rainy during the clinic.

Some of you are afraid of the rain, and sorry if doing this activity in the rain does not appeal to you. We will be having another clinic in a few weeks. Probably Sunday July 18 (TBD).

For those of you who are not afraid of a little rain, you are in for a treat. You will get more individualized attention because of all the people who have dropped out. We have 9 instructors on hand today. We'll start off with a lecture about the club and about windsurfing in general. After some demonstration to the group we'll break up into groups of 3-4 people. Please try to group up according to size. If you are 5' tall, do not go into a group of 6' tall people. We want to make sure the gear is suitable for your height. Differences of up to 5-6" is fine.

Bring a chair if you'd like a dry place to sit during the lecture.

If you must wear glasses, please bring croakies because you will lose them if you wear them on the water without.

You will want a wetsuit of any kind today as it will be cool. The water will feel warm as it is near 70 degrees (currently warmer than the air). 

Please arrive at 11:30 with your signed waiver and $50 (cash, check or paypal receipt). We have a limited number of wetsuits. We will distribute them on a first-come-first serve basis.
