Preserve settings fix mentioned in the thread didn't fix it. Rebooting the phone fixed it. This is 100% a bug and it won't get get team's visibility here. Please send this to their feedback link here.
Go to Preserve Settings in the camera settings section...You'll see it over there. Its an option YES, but still this solution didn't work for me so yeah...I mean I do have a video option now, cause it magically keeps on reappearing and disappearing again and again. The temporary fix is restarting the phone. Apple will prolly come up with an update soon which fixes this issue. (Hopefully)??
I have iPhone 12 Pro Max on IOS 14.3. This afternoon my camera no longer has video option either. I turned it off and on. And I came back. But when I received a call it went away again. Is there a fix for this?
I have the same problem with my iPhone SE 2020 and my partner has the same problem with his iPhone 11 you can take a video by holding the camera button down and slide to lock to constantly video the problem is once you have taken the video and watch it back the video has no sound.
This has been happened to my iPhone 11 every few days since update a couple of weeks ago. I'm able to fix it by rebooting the phone (off/on) but, always seems to happen at the worst time and is actually getting rather annoying. I've had this phone for about 18 months with no problems whatsoever until now. Kind of make one wondering if it's part of Apple's overall plan to get people to buy an upgrade every 24 months or so. :-(
My iPhone 12 is not even a month old. Today i tried to take a video and suddenly the video button is gone!!! I could not shoot the video, the interesting scene was gone. After about 5 minutes I checked again and the video option was back. i fail to understand this new phone. I am very disappointed with what happened today. I missed an opportunity to record something rare and beautiful. What a shame after paying almost 1000k for this phone. I know it will probably happen again. I have no confidence in my brand new phone! What will happen a couple more months down the line???
In recent times, Paramount Plus has been the place to stream all the "Star Trek" content you could want, with all the shows and movies in one place. However, As of June 26 2023, "Star Trek: Prodigy" has been pulled from the platform.
Fear not though, if you're wondering how to watch Star Trek: Prodigy online, you still have options. Naturally, the decision to pull the show came as a shock, especially as it was given the green light for a second season and season one was received positively. While Paramount Plus is still the home for everything else in the Star Trek universe, you will now have to look elsewhere to stream Prodigy.
We do have a Star Trek streaming guide that's worth checking out if you want to watch the Star Trek movies in order or enjoy the purple patch of TV shows we're currently in, including "Picard," "Strange New Worlds" and "Lower Decks."
However, in the guide below, you'll find out the best way to watch Star Trek: Prodigy depending on where you're based. If you want even more Star Trek content you can also check out our Star Trek Gifts guide but, for where to watch Star Trek: Prodigy, read on below.
In order to stream Star Trek: Prodigy, you used to need a Paramount Plus subscription. However, those days are behind us. Following the show's sudden exit from the streaming platform, if you're based in the US, you will have to purchase season one from Amazon Prime Video. Other options also include Apple TV, Vudu and Google Play, but you may not be able to purchase the full season on all of them.
It's a similar story if you're a Trekkie from the UK, Paramount Plus has been only been available in the UK for a short period of time, but now that Star Trek: Prodigy has been erased from the platform, you can't stream it there anymore. Amazon UK or the Sky Store are the best places to purchase season one now. Other options also include Apple TV, Youtube TV and Google Play.
Apparently the menu for Roku channel has been changed. Went to continue watching a series and the "continue watching" option is completely gone. Different series I had been watching at different times all gone right along with "continue watching" menu option. Very annoying. Now I have to do a search just to find the programs. Would you kindly put it back!!
Recently my list of shows which I've been watching on Roku has disappeared. I have no idea what season or episode I was on. Hate to have to recreate this. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing the Roku channel, re-setting my device...nothing works. Currently only the shows I have watched since this situation arose are on my "continue watching" list. Using Roku Express HD Streaming device. Can anyone help?
It's definitely a Roku problem. Last night "continue watching" was back as it should be. Tonight it's gone again. Don't know what's going on, but it is really annoying. To continue watching a series I have to do a search for the program, then remember which episode I was on. Whatever it is Roku needs to look into it.
The same thing just happened on out Roku Ultra. The entire "Continue Watching" list disappeared. All of the series we were watching sre still available, but all of the info about which season and episode we've already seen is lost. What a PITA! Sure hope they fix this.
Thanks for the suggestions about correcting the problem. However, like others, our "continue watching" list reappeared the next day, though some of the shows we were watching are missing, and a couple of shows that we've never watched are now on the list.

MARY LOUISE KELLY, HOST: To a summer ritual now. Usually around this time of year, more than 125,000 people pack downtown San Diego, a massive gathering to celebrate their favorite comics and movies and TV shows and more. Well, that is not happening due to the pandemic, but the 2020 San Diego Comic-Con is kicking off today. Like so much this summer, it's online-only, which actually comes with some benefits. Fans can watch panel discussions on YouTube instead of waiting in endless lines - fans including NPR books editor Petra Mayer.Hey, Petra.PETRA MAYER, BYLINE: Hi.KELLY: Hey. So can we start with a visual, please?MAYER: (Laughter).KELLY: Because costumes are a big deal at Comic-Con, and I know you are never one to let an opportunity slip by. So whatcha (ph) wearing?MAYER: Yeah. I mean, what was I going to do with it, you know? I can't wear it to the con. So I'm...KELLY: True.MAYER: ...Wearing a green-and-gold medieval dress, a gold serpent-eating-its-tail ring and a hand-mounted light-up plastic fireball. And people out there who are my folks will know what I say when I say that I am an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah.KELLY: I have no idea what that is, but I am in awe...MAYER: (Laughter) That's OK.KELLY: ...And now insanely jealous as well. OK. Now that you're in your fabulous costume we've established, what kind of events are you looking forward to? What can you actually watch now that it's all gone online?MAYER: Yeah. So there's about 350 panels scheduled on YouTube. I think, given what's going on right now, the Max Brooks panel is going to be popular. He's going to talk about zombie outbreaks versus real disease outbreaks. There's a couple of big TV panels. There'll be a lot of people there from the "Star Trek" universe, including Patrick Stewart. Yay. "The Walking Dead" always has a big presence. HBO is going to be there with shows like "Lovecraft Country" and "His Dark Materials." Lin-Manuel Miranda will be there for that. Also yay. There's going to be an online exhibition hall so you can, like, click on all the vendors and do your convention impulse buying from home. And as you said, actually, this is one of the benefits because, like, if you've actually been to San Diego Comic-Con, you know you can last about 10 minutes on the show floor crammed in like sardines before you want to start throwing punches. So...KELLY: (Laughter).MAYER: ...Being able to shop virtually is great. And of course, also, the Eisner Awards, which are kind of like the Oscars of comics, will be held online on Friday.KELLY: You almost persuaded me with that sardine comment, but it still seems like this is an event where you just want to be there. You want to be in the crowd.MAYER: Yeah. I mean, that's the thing about San Diego in particular that you don't really see at other conventions. They have these big interactive experiences, and they're called activations or immersive marketing, which sounds kind of weird. But what it actually means is that you get to dress up like a zombie or a Viking or reenact a sequence from a TV show. It's really fun, and none of it is happening this year, unfortunately.KELLY: Speaking of things going on, sometimes news gets made at Comic-Con. The big studios show up. They announce, you know, movie, TV deals. Anything percolating this year?MAYER: Yeah. No. Not much is going on. The - you know, so many movies have been delayed. The major studios have almost no presence here this year because, you know, things like "Black Widow" or "Wonder Woman," which you would normally expect to have a big presence - there's just nothing. There's a couple of Marvel-adjacent TV panels. DC, I don't think is present at all. They're actually doing their own event called DC FanDome next month. I mean, I think you can get, like, an official Batman con T-shirt, but that's it.KELLY: What are you most excited for, Petra?MAYER: "Bill & Ted Face The Music." Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter and even William Sadler, who played Death - they're going to be there. I'm so excited for that. And then there's going to be a retrospective panel with Charlize Theron talking about all of her awesome action hero roles, so that is going to be so cool.KELLY: NPR's Petra Mayer giving us a little preview there of a very different San Diego Comic-Con this year. Thanks, Petra.MAYER: You're very welcome.(SOUNDBITE OF KIASMOS' "SWAYED")
