Dear members and friends,
龙舟竞渡，粽叶飘香，又是一年端午到。为庆祝中国传统节日端午节的到来，西密华协理事会诚挚邀请您参加2025西密华协端午庆祝活动。To celebrate the traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival, the Chinese Association of West Michigan (CAWM) cordially invites you to the 2025 CAWM Dragon Boat Festival Celebration.
重要提示：随着食品节的永久取消，华协经费失去了主要来源。为丰富端午庆祝活动、增强社区互动，同时探索未来筹款新方式，今年的端午活动将尝试加入义卖募捐与社区集市环节。热心会员近期捐赠了一批中国传统蔬菜苗，拟通过义卖为华协筹集更多活动经费。同时，华协计划设立开放平台，鼓励设摊售卖小件物品（如手工艺品、闲置物品等），展示专长、弘扬文化、促进资源再利用，并鼓励适度收益捐赠华协，支持社区发展。

Important Note: With the permanent cancellation of the Grand Rapids Art Festival (Food Booth), CAWM has lost its main source of funding. To enrich this year's Dragon Boat Festival celebration, strengthen community interaction, and explore new ways to raise funds, this year’s event will include a community fair for the first time.
A generous member recently donated a batch of traditional Chinese vegetable seedlings, which will be sold to help raise funds for future CAWM activities. In addition, the Association plans to set up an open platform to encourage participants to run booths selling small items (such as handmade crafts or gently used goods), showcase talents, promote cultural heritage, and support sustainability through reuse. Participants are also encouraged to donate a portion of their proceeds to the Association to support community development.

活动内容 (Agenda)：
社区集市，pizza/粽子/水果，表彰和感谢，新人自我介绍，游戏活动, 拍集体照等。Community Fair，Pizza/Zongzi/fruit, recognition and appreciation, and self-introduction of newcomers, outdoor games, group photos, etc.
活动入场费 - 早鸟价 (Admission Fee - Early Bird Price)：
会员费用：$5 (13+岁)，$3 (5-12岁) ，4岁及以下免费
非会员费用：$10 (13+岁) , $6/儿童 (5-12岁) ， 4岁及以下免费
Member: $5 (13yr+), $3 (5-12yr), free for kids 4 and under
Non-Member: $10 (13yr+) $6/Child (5-12yr) and free for children 4 and under
活动入场费 - 常规价 (Admission Fee - Onsite Payment Price)
会员费用：$8 (13+岁)，$5 (5-12岁) ，4岁及以下免费
非会员费用：$15 (13+岁) , $10/儿童 (5-12岁) ， 4岁及以下免费
