Dear all,

I wanted to flag this opportunity to co-sign a statement between NGOs, companies and investors calling the Commission to provide legal certainty and commit to implementing the EUDR – with an extended sign-on deadline of COB today. Apologies for the short notice.

Client Earth initiated this with the hope this message will attract a critical mass of business/investor as well as NGO support, to allow publication on Wednesday – a day before the first (and probably only) trilogue negotiation on Thursday evening.
