I'm sad to report that Charlie Loving, known by generations of cavers for his “Old Man Wisdom” cartoons featuring a moustached, pipe-smoking curmudgeon, died last week (August 11) at Audie Murphy Veterans Hospital. He was 84.
More information will be upcoming soon at the Hall of Texas and Mexico Cavers.
