New versions of the Caveatron firmware, Caveatron_Setup, and Caveatron Process have been released. These versions primarily support the capabilities of the new Caveatron SV model but include some improvements and bug fixes for the standard Caveatron.

Note that the primary Caveatron firmware supports both Caveatron models from the same .hex file so that common enhancements and fixes can apply to both from the same codebase. However, a separate Caveatron_Setup .hex file is provided for the Caveatron SV alongside the versions for the different display modules on the standard Caveatron.

All these files are available on the Github site, which was recently reorganized, and the software is now under its own top level directory.

Caveatron 2.20
The release notes indicate changes specific to each Caveatron model and changes common to both models.
Caveatron SV:
- Initial release for the Caveatron SV.
- Adds LRUD Mode for recording left, right, up, and down measurements at each station.
- Adds Point Mode for recording simple point measurements from a station to capture general passage dimensions. These are saved in a new file format, a .cvp file, that can be converted to a rudimentary point cloud in Caveatron Process.
- Modification to Manual Mode including a Quickshot mode that allows acquisition of a list of fast shots similar to a traditional disto.
Caveatron:
- Fixed bug in LIDAR scan display.
Both:
- Added zoom and pan to the Line Plot Viewer.
- Added screen brightness adjustment preference and auto-dimming function (requires connection of Teensy pin 9 to LCD pin 29).
- Added support for new battery monitor method using a resistor voltage divider connected to Teensy pin A10 and a new calibration parameter for the monitor.
- When connected to a PC via USB, it now appears as "Caveatron" instead of "Teensy".
- Minor bug fixes.

Caveatron_Setup 1.4
- Added support for a resistor voltage divider for battery monitoring and a function to calibrate it and save the calibration parameter.
- Added support for new smaller battery packs for the Caveatron SV
- Added support for two Bluetooth modules for the Caveatron SV and a function to configure them with a low power sleep mode and set their broadcast name.
- Minor bug fixes and GUI adjustments.

Caveatron Process 2.2
- Added support for converting the .cvp points file generated by the Caveatron SV to a point cloud.
- Added support for converting LRUDs included in the Walls survey files from the Caveatron SV to Compass Survey Software format.
- Fixed bug so that RPLIDAR modules A2M6, A2M8, and A3M1 will show points as valid instead of filtered.
- Assorted minor bug fixes.
