Anchor Winch and Anchor suggestions

The old anchor for Scylla is looking a bit past it, very rusty. Any suggestions for a good new one? Also thinking of an anchor winch for cruising as its getting a bit of a big effort to use... does anyone have one or could suggest what sort of size works well?

I'm also researching a replacement anchor for my Cav28. Something that will fit in the existing anchor well.
