Failure to run on latest Windows 7

Hi all,

I was reported that after a recent operating system update, my
Cava-compiled application doesn't run on Windows 7 anymore while
it used to work on the same system.
The application launches but exits immediately.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue myself because I haven't
got Windows 7 - I compile my applications on XP 64bit.

Any clue about the issue?

Have you restarted your system since upgrading? I recently had issues with my application not opening after transitioning to windows 8. Giving the system an extra reboot took care of the problem.
