Rule clarifications and more help

We made some minor rule clarifications on 

- who is excluded from participating (we added restrictions on the organizers and their relatives/students)

- what are the publication requirements for the winners (their paper must be accepted).

We created a page for frequently asked questions and gave more examples of methods to solve he cause-effect pairs problem in our slide presentation with voice over. We invited experts in the field to answer your questions every Thursday at 9am PT in a teleconference call.
