Selecting predictor variables for CausalImpact

Hello,

I am trying to calculate sales uplift in a region through this package due to an event.

Do you have any comments on what should be the best predictor variables to take ? 

As for assumption, intervention should not impact predictor variables, But, in my case most of the variables i think of can get impacted by intervention.

Has anyone implemented CausualImpact package with multiple predictor variables?
