The magicians season 5 is missing its final episode (13). Can this please be added. It says on the website that it is on prime so I signed up but when I log in, 12 is the last one. I'm in Australia as I know the country changes it.. please fix this error for us Aussies

The Amazon Prime Membership has been auto renewed without any notifications. In addition to that, the account cannot be accessed either from phone or from the smart tv. Issue an immediate refund as this is the second of such an occurence.

Hi my parents are trying to login to the account that I setup recently using my mom's phone number in india for annual prime video. We paid for annual membership, but when they are trying to login getting account locked due to misuse.
