Struggling with client deployment

Hi guys,

So after struggling through the very old guides, finally resolving a number of issues and getting the server up and running on Google App Engine, I now can't seem to get the client side working.

Currently testing on an older 2013 MacBook Air running El Capitan.

Ran the .dmg installed created after running make dmg on the test machine, failed until I copied over the .tar file as well. Got it to succeed then using the example login hook on the github page (again a bunch of issues getting it to actually display at login) I finally get the login hook to work, perfect. It pops up with the message (customised on my end so sure it's working), enter the login details and now it's been stuck on spinning wheel of death for over 10 minutes.

Is Cauliflower Vest even compatible with El Capitan? So many struggles with this :/

I have the same issue on the same test environment.  It doesn't seem like the login hooks will work.

It was problem with new setuptools.

Fix submitted.
