make release failed at oauth page

Hi,

I'm having some issues running the make release.  I got the message below:

Your browser has been opened to visit:

https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?...

If your browser is on a different macine then exit and re-run this application with the command-line parameter

--noauth_local_webserver

Then the browser opens, I clicked allowed and the browser is redirected to localhost and Hello world shows up.

Any idea why oauth is not working?
