NetBSD 4x uses Postfix. Also, alias database build should probably happen
in the newly proposed prep_shadow_dir.sh

Postfix has its own bundles of joy. Something in the NetBSD 4.x boot
process tries to call sendmail(8) before sendmail is started, resulting in
various errors about the state of the Postfix queue.
