When we patch /etc/rc with sed(1), we should:

1) Have one step that inserts our patch, plus a keyword substitution for
the "-s" argument to mount_mfs(8)
2) Substitute out that value with the user-variable

Note: NetBSD accepts [value][human-readable-unit]. OpenBSD wants 512 byte
block values.

Also, we should look at setting the "superuser reserve percentage" to 0 at
mount_mfs(8) time to avoid screwy -% capacity readings.
