Dhaniya 2 cups (tea cup)
Methi seeds 3/4 spoon
Kala miri 2 spoons
Tur dal 4 table spoon
Chana dal 4 table spoon
Udid dal 2 tea spoon
First roast methi once it becomes mild red ad kala Miri . Once warm add the Dals. Once it becomes mildly brown (raw smell shud go away) add the dhaniya and roast till dhaniya becomes mildly warm. Before the mixture gets to room temperature grind the above grind to a powder as smooth as possible .
To the above mix 4 spoon of haldi powder and 1.5 cups of lal Mirchi powder.
